Are you ready to lead your team into the exciting times just ahead? Well, today's show highlights a conversation with a leader that has had his ministry crushed by COVID. All of our ministries and Christian camping have faced the most significant disruptions this past year. Yet, listen to the excitement in our guest's voice today about this summer's ministry. He highlights five culture strategies he and his leadership team have implemented to ensure the engagement and wellbeing of their staff. A staff that will serve twelve thousand campers this summer; all of which we hope will make personal decisions for Christ.

I’m very pleased to have as my guest Mark Heffentrager, Director of Eagle Lake Campsa ministry of The Navigators. Mark, welcome to the Flourishing Culture Podcast. Find full show notes http://bit.ly/markheffentragerepisode

Today's episode gets us behind the scenes of one of the largest churches in the United States. Gateway Church has grown to over forty-thousand-weekend attenders and over six-hundred staff. They say that they are all about people. Listen in as today's guest describes how they walk the talk with their staff and how they care about their spiritual, relational, and professional wellbeing.

The bitter, winter storms in Texas have captured our attention. Many cities and towns, families, and businesses were hit hard. While the folks in Texas remain in our prayers, I say we're overdue for some good news from the Lone Star state.

That's why it gives me great delight to welcome Christyl Buchanan, Executive Director of Human Resources at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas. Christyl, welcome to the Flourishing Culture Podcast. Find full show notes here http://bit.ly/christylbuchanangateway

Today, our guest starts with a harsh reality. He says, “We know our world is broken.” But what he focuses on and has dedicated his life to is helping Christians build reconciling communities. When there’s reconciliation only then can we experience the restoration of relationships. To learn from his experience and to learn how—stay tuned. David Bailey is the Founder and Executive Director of Arrabon, a ministry in Richmond, Virginia, where he and his wife, Joy, call home. Find full show notes here: http://bit.ly/davidbaileyarrabon
