I’m delighted to welcome Dave Ferguson. He is the lead pastor and co-founder of Community Christian Church, a thriving multi-site community in the Chicago area. He also is the visionary for NewThing, an international church-planting movement, and president of the Exponential Conference. Dave has also written a number of books including Exponential, Hero Makers, and BLESS.
